During Elad’s (the KAN Groups founder) final travels with his father Simon, Elad witnessed the profound impact that travel had on his father’s mental and spiritual resilience. Even as Simon’s physical strength declined, he was inspired to keep building new relationships with people and places, connecting with community and the wider world, and feeding his sense of curiosity and belonging. Elad decided to honor his father by making these transformative opportunities more accessible to other aging adults.
With accessible accommodations, minimal time on foot, and many opportunities for rest, KAN Groups makes meaningful travel obtainable without compromise.
